Kathy Gleckler has been in the Human Resources field for 8 years and started out in Talent Acquisition. She slowly moved into a full Generalist role by supporting managers and learning laws, policies and procedures to ensure compliance. She is well versed in employee retention, employee development, performance management, and pushing cultural initiatives. Kathy is currently a SHRM member and is working on obtaining her PHR and DE&I certifications through HRCI. 

Kathy currently resides in Atlanta GA and loves to travel, try new recipes, and spend time with her family.
