Susan Kimani has been in the Human Resources field for over 8 years. She began as a Temp., working as an Administrative Assistant, and not clear of what her career goals were. In 2013, she joined a small engineering firm as a Front Office Receptionist. She slowly began to make her way into the HR department by supporting the HR Manager on onboarding projects, payroll administration, and benefits administration. By the end of her five-and-a-half-year term with the firm, she made her way up to Group HR Coordinator, becoming well-rounded in everything from Full Cycle Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, New Hire Onboarding, Employee Relations, HR Project Management, Performance Evaluation, Payroll Administration, and Benefits Administration. 

Susan currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona. She is pursuing her Bachelors in Sociology at Arizona State University. During her spare time, Susan loves to read a ton of books (thanks to her Kindle Unlimited subscription), blog, and spend time with her family.
